Three Months Of Backtoback Blockbuster Game Begins In Game Pass
This year has been a memorable one for Team Xbox, and you, our customers. Bethesda was accepted into the Xbox Game Pass family. MINECRAFT announced new slate of games in June, and also launched Psychonauts 2 (and Microsoft Flight Simulator) which are two of the most played games of the year. Twenty million players have joined us in Sea of Thieves and your enthusiasm for Series X-shaped kitchen appliances has resulted in the "Mini Fridge" a real thing. We couldn't be happier with the incredible support we have received from our players.
Just a few weeks away from the Xbox 20th anniversary in November, we're excited to kick-off three epic months of back-to back blockbuster game launches in Game Pass:
- The Age of Empires franchise has been a major part of Microsoft's gaming legacy for 24 years and the October. 28 launch of Age of Empires IV will be the biggest to date bringing the evolved real-time strategy game to a brand new generation on Steam and Game Pass for PC on day one. On Nov. 2 Minecraft will be added to Game Pass for PC. In December, the new Minecraft Dungeons Seasonal Adventures will be available. Caves & Cliffs: Part II will be available later in the year. Forza Horizon 5's open world adventure in Mexico will launch on Nov. 9. Forza Horizon 5, our most anticipated Forza Horizon and winner of the Most Awaited Game of E3 award will launch simultaneously on Xbox Series X Microsoft Flight Simulator: Game of the Year Edition launches November. 18 as a completely free update for players who are already Game Pass members, with five new aircrafts as well as eight new airports. new Discovery Flights and tutorials as well as highly requested community features such as DX12 support. Microsoft Flight Simulator will also launch the Reno Air Races, featuring the fastest motorsports on the planet. The update will be available from Nov. 18. The Master Chief will be returning on December 8 with Halo Infinite. This is the Halo we had in our minds for 20 years, finally come to life in the biggest Halo game we've ever made. Halo Infinite will be available through Game Pass when it launches across Xbox One, Xbox Series X Game Pass Ultimate members will get monthly multiplayer bonuses as part the Perks program. Our teams have also been expanding the games that you enjoy. You've played Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs Part 1 and Sea of Thieves; A Pirate's Life, Sea of Thieves, Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2 and Homecoming Grounded Hot and Heezy Halo: The Master Chief Season 8 and many more in the past few months. We are grateful that these worlds continue to be explored by millions of you.
Over the last two decades in the last two decades, the Xbox community has turned gaming into an experience of joy and inspiration, education, and social connection. Games can strengthen bonds and forge connections between friends and family and provide people with new ways of connecting.
