Insurance question for monthly cost for 2 people

"I can't drive on account of suspension of licenseI got into an accident 7 or like 6 weeks before. I made a legal left hand change and she attempted to move me to the remaining while I had been building that remaining and certainly she hit on me. She lied for the authorities and said I pulled out from the neck and I didnot turn to observe her coming and also the specialist believed me and wrote my story down about the record cuz that's basically what happened lol. her insurance carrier (Geico) is obviously taking her part cuz they do not want to pay and although they've the authorities record they're just paying me 50% and that's only inappropriate.
